Work done at Walmart

Walmart donates goods, food, money, and space as part of its CSR efforts across multiple countries. But these donations were managed through fragmented channels and platforms.

During my 6-month internship, I was asked to imagine the north star experience for a unified Global Donation Management System. I designed end-to-end flows covering grant seeker registration, application tracking, and internal donation approval. I worked within Walmart's Living Design System and navigated the complexity of legal requirements.
